Refund policy

We want every SuperFan to Love it, Love it! — just like Gregg says.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Returns

Each SuperFan Gregg product is made especially for you when you place your order.

Because of this, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes

Change of mind

Color or style preference

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and with tags still attached.

 

To start a return, contact us at superfangregg@lotlegend.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are custom-made when ordered, we can’t accept returns for:

Wrong size or color choices

Buyer’s remorse

Limited edition or sale items

Gift cards

 

If you’re unsure about sizing or product details before ordering, email us — we’re happy to help.

 

Exchanges

We don’t process traditional exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your return or refund is approved.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.
