SuperFan Gregg Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your gear to you so you can show your SuperFan pride!
Here’s how our U.S. shipping process works:

1. Processing Time

All SuperFan Gregg products are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and produced before shipping.
During peak seasons or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all U.S. orders.
Orders over $75 ship free — no code required.
Shipping promotions or rate changes will always be displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 days of ordering, contact us at superfangregg@lotlegend.com and we’ll assist you.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We’ll review the situation and, if confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no charge.


6. Wrong Address or Returned Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
We’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
